Perhaps you have practiced yoga before or perhaps you may be curious to experience it.  Wherever you find yourself, I invite you to take some time away from the busyness of life and come  experience the gift of breathing slowly and deeply (pranayama) while integrating movement for the body (asana).  No previous experience necessary.  Imagine being in a place where responsibilities melt away and all that is asked of you is to unwind, detach and let-go… sound inviting?  I invite you to experience what many have experienced before... the gift of yoga for the body, mind and soul.  All skeptics welcome….!
